Note: Until Dawn’s collectibles have a strange numbering system. Despite finding collectibles in chronological order of the story, the items have their own numbers, which may seem out of order. The list below will name the totems according to their in-game name, but the order will be chronological to the story. Follow the guide below to find each item in the order of the game’s story. There are six totems for each category, for a total of 30 totems.

Aug 25, 2015  Until Dawn doesn’t always live up to the potential Supermassive Games envisioned for its ambitious PS4 project, but the game succeeds in enough ways to make it a fascinating and engrossing twist on the horror genre.

Prologue Death Totem #1- The first Death Totem can be found in the prologue chapter. When Beth turns on the flashlight on her phone, walk forward to find the totem on the main path.chapter 1 Guidance Totem #1- This totem is a part of the tutorial in chapter 1. You will interact with it after reading the informational sign on Native American symbols.chapter 2.

Guidance Totem #2- In the beginning of chapter 2, when you take control of Chris, don’t walk toward the lodge. Instead walk toward the screen to find the totem in a hidden area.Loss Totem #1- Inside the garage, when you are Chris, this totem is next to the bikes.Danger Totem #1- Before going into the shed as Mike to turn on the generator, grab this totem to the left of the shed.Fortune Totem #1- After being almost hit with a mine cart, take Mike and Jessica down the path stick to the right. Here is a small room with the totem and two other collectibles for the clue line.Loss Totem #2- When you exit the cave as Mike, follow the path to the left to find this totem.chapter 3 Danger Totem #2- After hopping over the log to find Jessica, Mike will walk by a tractor. Go left at the tractor to find this totem at the end of the path.Guidance Totem #3- In the area after Mike and Jessica chat about her prank is where you can find this totem. It is straight ahead and in the open.Chapter 4 Guidance Totem #4- Enter the mines as Mike and walk down the stairs. Immediately to the left is the totem.Death Totem #4- You can find this totem in Chapter 4 when you take control of Chris. When the path forks, instead of going to the right, towards the barn, take a left and follow the path to the end.

Here is where you can find the totem. Also, a clue for can be found in the same area, so make sure to grab that too.Loss Totem #3- Before entering the barn as Chris, go around the barn to the right to find the third Loss totem.chapter 5 Fortune Totem #2- As Mike, when you enter the grounds for the Sanatorium, go left at the fountain. This leads to the front gate, which is where you can find this totem.Loss Totem #4- When you begin the chapter outside the Sanatorium, go up the stairs and go left.

This leads to a secret entrance into the Sanatorium. Follow the path to a room where you need to push a barrel forward to advance. Behind that barrel is the totem.Death Totem #3- In the Sanatorium as Mike, you will come to an area where you need to go down a set of stairs. This room has giant windows in the back. Walk around the stairs to the windows to find the totem.

Also, to the right is a, so pick that up as well.Death Totem #2- When you take control of Matt, go left from the cable car toward a picnic table. This is the area where Mike and Jessica had a snowball fight in Chapter 1. Near the picnic table is the totem.Guidance Totem #5- After sidling around the cable car station as Matt and Emily, go left instead of up the hill to find this totem.Fortune Totem #3- Walk up the hill as Matt, after you sidle around the cable car station.

At the top is the totem, just before going to the right with Emily.Chapter 6 Guidance Totem #6- At the base of the fire tower, take control of Emily and grab the totem under the picnic table. The table is directly under the light.Chapter 7 Death Totem #5- As Emily in the mines, you will reach a point where you need to power an elevator. There is a ladder on the right hand side that continues the story. DO NOT CLIMB THE LADDER. Instead, walk down a path behind the ladder to find the totem. When you climb the ladder, it breaks and you cannot get the totem later on.Danger Totem #3- After turning on the power in the mines as Emily, you will walk down a set of stairs.

On the left-hand side will be red barrels. The totem is right in front of the barrels.Chapter 8 Fortune Totem #4- At the beginning of the chapter, look to the right to find the totem under the wooden structure.Chapter 9 Danger Totem #4- When you return to the Sanatorium sanctuary as Mike, the boards on the back left door have been removed. Go through the door to find the totem in the room.Danger Totem #5- Playing as Ashley in the basement is when you can find this totem. After Chris says he cannot go on, follow the group down the hallway. Roughly halfway will be a small room on your left-hand side. The totem is in there.Loss Totem #5- When in the basement with Ashley, she will stay behind to shut the manhole cover.

As she tries to catch up with the group, she will hear a voice. Choose to investigate the voice and then turn immediately around to find the totem.Death Totem #6- As Sam in the mines, instead of dropping down below or going through a door, go up the set of stairs to the right. Follow the bridge to the end to find the totem. If you do not go up the stairs now, you cannot get the totem later.Chapter 10 Fortune Totem #5- When you are controlling Sam in the cave with Mike, there is an drop off into the water. Before taking a swim, immediately to the right of the drop off is the totem.Fortune Totem #6- When you are in control of Josh, follow Mike back to the water.

Along the path will be a large open space on the left. Walk in the area to find the totem along the back wall.Loss Totem #6- You will either be Matt or Jessica at this point, depending on your previous choices. In the mine, you will come across mine cart tracks. Turn left and follow the tracks to the totem.Danger Totem #6- After climbing out of the mines as Sam, stick to the right-hand path. You will spot the totem on the left.
